Return and Refund Policy

 

We have very simple and easy refund policy for our customers. Our Refund Policy is flexible and may vary for subscription to subscription.

Refund Policy for Monthly Subscription:

Our refund policy for the First month subscribers or new subscribers:

  • If new subscriber subscribes any monthly subscription of mediapropel.com for the very first time than, they have to pre-pay full price of subscription (after discount or coupon, if discount or coupon is applicable on that subscription). Every monthly subscription will valid for 30 days. Subscriber can claim for the refund within first 7 days of subscription. Mediapropel team will verify the reason for the refund and if reason will valid than customer will get the refund within 7- business days after verify the refund application as “successful”.
  • Refund amount will not include the setup charges**. (Setup Charges may de differ for different subscription)
  • Customer have to briefly describe their reason for refund in their email to sales@mediapropel.com.
  • Mediapropel.com will have to update the customer within or up to 72 hrs. of raising the refund application. Analysing the application and approve or disapprove the application status with reason will informed to the customer within this time frame.
  • Refund application will only verify in these cases:
      • If customer is not getting the services within the promised timeframe.
      • If services are deployed very late or missed the deadline.
      • If customer is not getting the services as mediapropel.com promised in the subscription details.
      • If within the first 7 days of customer’s subscription we change our terms of service, payment policy or privacy policy and customer is not ready to accept the new changes. (Only mentioned 3 policy’s change may consider as a valid reason for refund. Other than these, changes in any other terms or policies will not consider a valid reason for refund.)
      • If subscription for service is upgraded then within the 3-days of upgradation, customer can apply for refund. (In this case if refund is approved then only the extra amount, which they pay for service upgradation will be refunded excluded setup charge**.(if applicable)).

Refund Policy for the Renewal Customers

This Policy for the customers who:

  • Completed their First month of subscription of any of the mediapropel.com services.
  • Already a customer but was inactive for some time. (If any customer uses any of mediapropel.com services before and then pause their services or unsubscribe from subscription)
  • Was already a customer and apply for refund within their first 7-days of subscription, and refund application got accepted and initiate the refund process (or got the refund).

According to this policy:

  • customers have to claim for refund within first 3-days of every billing cycle.
  • customers have to briefly Describe the reason for refund.
  • Customer should send a mail to sales@mediapropel.com for request to unsubscribe form “Service name” before the termination of their current subscription period.

Refund Application will only approve in these cases:

      • If customer is not getting the services within the promised timeframe.

      • If customer is not getting the services as mediapropel.com promised in the subscription details.
      • If within the first 3 days of customer’s subscription renewal we change our terms of service, payment policy or privacy policy and customer is not ready to accept the new changes. (Only mentioned 3 policy’s change may consider as a valid reason for refund. Other than these, changes in any other terms or policies will not consider a valid reason for refund.)
      • If customer has subscribed accidently once again the same or lower subscription pack for same service. (In this case only the subscription of lower amount will cancel and refund will initiate for that subscription. This will not valid on the upgradation of service.)
      • If subscription for service is upgraded then within the 3-days of upgradation, customer can apply for refund. (In this case if refund is approved then only the extra amount, which they pay for service upgradation will be refunded excluded setup charge**.(if applicable)).

 

Refund Policy for Subscribers, who subscribe any service for more than 1-month time period

This refund policy will applicable only for customers/subscribers who opted any of mediapropel.com service for more than 1-month period and pre-pay the whole amount of subscription.

According to this Policy:

  • customers have to claim for refund within first 7-days of subscription or every billing cycle.
  • customers have to briefly Describe the reason for refund.
  • Customer should send a mail to sales@mediapropel.com for request to unsubscribe form “Service name” before the termination of their current subscription period (In case of renewal).

Refund Application will only approve in these cases:

      • If customer is not getting the services within the promised timeframe.
      • If services are deployed very late and missed the deadline.
      • If customer is not getting the services as mediapropel.com promised in the subscription details.
      • If within the first 7 days of customer’s subscription renewal we change our terms of service, payment policy or privacy policy and customer is not ready to accept the new changes. (Only mentioned 3 policy’s change may consider as a valid reason for refund. Other than these, changes in any other terms or policies will not consider a valid reason for refund.)
      • If customer has subscribed accidently once again the same or lower subscription pack for same service. (In this case only the subscription of lower amount will cancel and refund will initiate for that subscription. This will not valid on the upgradation of service.)
      • If subscription for service is upgraded then within the 3-days of upgradation, customer can apply for refund. (In this case if refund is approved then only the extra amount, which they pay for service upgradation will be refunded excluded setup charge**.(if applicable)).

Note:

  1. Servers are subjected to 3rd party service, this could have some problem without any prior information even to mediapropel.com or Ceswei Software Private Limited. Server or speed of servers will only consider as a valid reason for refund, if and only if Mediapropel.com experience or found in analysing the refund application that customer is facing server related issue very frequently.
  2. Mail Servers or SMTP are subjected to 3rd party service, this could have some problem without any prior information even to mediapropel.com or Ceswei Software Private Limited. Server or speed of servers will only consider as a valid reason for refund, if and only if Mediapropel.com experience or found in analysing the refund application that customer is facing Mail server or SMTP related issue very frequently.
